Following on from the success of Northampton General Hospital, we were invited to work with Concept Interiors once again. We carried out a 5-floor office refurbishment on Wigmore Street in London, less than a 5-minute walk away from Oxford Street. This project was over a 15-week period. We initially completed a full rip out of the old office space and then went on to complete the drylining, tape & jointing and painting & decorating works. We then installed new door sets and ironmongery throughout, as well as new IPS panels. We completed the internal space with the installation of two new kitchens, skirting and dado rails where required. Externally we fitted new composite decking and then refurbished the current timber frame windows to give them a modern finish.
