The above project was completed throughout the pandemic starting in January 2020, the original programme allowed for 31 weeks for the works to be completed, however, once on site the client requested a much faster turnaround and we managed to complete all works in line with the clients’ requirements in just 25 weeks. On this project, we carried out works to the office, marketing suite and the refurbishment of 182 bedrooms. Site management works, along with painting, decorating, joinery, bedroom furniture installation, new fire doors leading to the kitchen and lobby areas as well as the install of 42 new kitchens, new shower screens throughout and a refurbishment of the existing suspended grid ceiling were the contracted works for First Call on this project, based in Leicester.
